GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The use of the bike park trails is at the rider's own risk – the trail operators do not assume any liability related on the trails.
• The use of trails under the influence of alcohol or any other drug is not permitted, nor is the use of the trail permitted for those subject to epileptic seizures.
• Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the trails without their parents.
• Parents are responsible for the safety of their children
• The trails are not suitable for beginners
• The use of helmets is obligatory
• The use of safety equipment is strongly recommended(knee and elbow guards, body armor)
• Only mountain bikes that are suitable for the trails can be used
• Riders should familiarize themselves with the trails before riding on them for the first time
• Riders must adjust their speed to trail and weather conditions, as well as their own riding capabilities
• Riders should use the trails in a way that does not put other riders in danger; special care should be taken not to endanger slower riders
• Riding outside marked trails is not permitted
• Riders are not allowed to adapt or change the trails and trail objects in any way
• Riding or walking up the trail is not permitted
• The lift ticked is non-transferable
• The use of the trails is only allowed during working hours
• Riders who will disregard these terms and conditions will be refused entry to the park without refund of the ticket price.
• Mountainbike Park Javornik can (with the permission of the author) use a photography on which you appear and use it for any kind of commercial purpose.
